HEATHER Heather joined the Stirling Eye Care Team in 1998. She manages a variety of responsibilities including insurance posting/ billing, accounts receivable, frame selection, adjustment, problem solving, patient management and coordination of care. She is also the Patient /Staff Education Coordinator for our practice. Heather has over 20 years’ of Customer Service, Administrative and Medical / Optometric experience. She takes pride in coordinating the operations of the office, while ensuring that any patient practice is handled appropriately, adhering to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission Statement" of our practice. |

KATHY Kathy joined the Stirling Eye Care Team in 1999. She manages a variety of responsibilities for the doctors, staff and patients, including resolving billing and insurance issues, accounts receivable , answering general questions and concerns, and coordinating the operations of the office. Kathy has over 15 years experience with consulting, accounting, collections, problem solving, accounts receivable and medical terminology. She assists the front office in developing and implementing plans and objectives. She ensures that any patient practice is handled appropriately and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission Statement" of our practice. |

LAURA Laura joined our team in 2005, bringing to our office her enthusiasm and commitment to compassionate patient care. She has more than six years of clinical / administrative experience with four of those years in LASIK and refractive surgery. With her thorough knowledge and expertise, Laura guides our patients from the initial exam throughout the surgical process. Her responsibilities involve helping the doctors with examination pre-testing, contact lens wearing instruction and special procedures such as retinal photographs and visual field testing, as well as assisting the front desk. |

SANDY Sandy joined our team in 2007. She is the friendly voice that greets you when you call or enter the office. With her many years of administrative experience, she has contributed efficiency and organization to the front desk. She takes pride in helping patients with a variety of needs including scheduling appointments, answering questions about billing and insurance coverage, completing insurance forms, and accounts receivable. |

LU ANN Luann joined our team in 2007, bringing with her an enthusiastic approach to eyecare. She is constantly displaying a true understanding and love of optometry. She has over 24 years of optical experience including laboratory work, frame selection, adjustment and problem solving. Luann has a great knowledge of prescription eyewear and contact lens use and care. She also takes pride in the fact that she is cross-trained in providing patient care and special testing. Her main priority is customer satisfaction, ensuring that patients receive the personal attention they deserve. |

MARCEY Marcey joined our team in 2007, bringing with her a great knowledge and valuable patient care skills. She has over 15 years of optical experience including laboratory work, frame selection, adjustment and problem solving. Marcey is a skilled optician and is one of our fashion consultants who will help you choose the right frames and lenses while bringing a smile to your face. Marcey is also cross-trained in providing patient care and special testing. She takes pride in ensuring the highest standard of care for all of our patients. |
